Please find details below regarding eligibility for this season's flu and covid campaigns, and also links to further information about the vaccinations.
Flu vaccinations
We will be able to vaccinate patients in the following eligibility groups:
From 1st September 2026
-
- pregnant women
- children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2026
- children with certain long-term health conditions (aged 6 months to less than 18 years)
From 1st October 2026
-
- everyone aged 65 years and over (including those who will be 65 by 31st March 2027)
- individuals aged 18 to under 65 with certain long-term health conditions
- care home residents
- carers in receipt of carer's allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
- those living with people who are immunocompromised
- frontline health and social care workers

COVID vaccinations
The following groups are eligibile and can be vaccinated at the surgery this campaign (these are the same as last year):
From 1st October 2026
-
- adults aged 75 years and over (including those who turn 75 years old by 31st January 2027)
- residents in care homes for older adults
- individuals who are immunosuppressed aged 6 months and over (ages may depend on which vaccine we are supplied with)
