Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Our extremely experienced and helpful local Health Visitor is Mrs Claire Robinson.

Unfortunately, our regular Health Visitor drop-in clinics at the surgery have had to stop. The Health Visitors run weekly drop-in appointments elsewhere. You can find out more about their drop-in clinics, including locations of the clinics on each weekday, by clicking here to visit the Wiltshire Children's Services website

There is a Chippenham-based drop-in clinic held at the Spring Rise Children's Centre, Frogwell, every Thursday between 09:30-11:30.

For any further information or enquiries, please contact the Health Visitors on the number below.

The Health Visitors can be contacted directly at their hub on 0300 247 0090.
